Job summary

mSupply in Chicago, IL seeks a Supply Planning Manager to translate forecasts into executable replenishment and distribution plans across our nationwide network. You’ll balance service levels with inventory investment and coordinate with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics to align capacity with demand.

This role requires 5–10+ years in supply planning and proficiency with ERP/MRP and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field.
5–10+ years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, or distribution planning.
Experience operating in a multi-site distribution environment.
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and supply planning tools.
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability.

Responsibilities

Translate sales forecasts into replenishment and distribution plans.
Analyze historical trends to inform supply decisions.
Develop short- and mid-term supply plans aligned with service targets.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics to optimize capacity.
Monitor KPIs like service level, stockouts, and inventory turns.
Support S&OP and continuous improvement initiatives.
