Job summary

Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a senior supply chain partner to own end-to-end CPFR, forecast, and replenishment for a major retail customer from Chicago. You will translate signals into an aligned demand plan, lead joint issue resolution, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, inventory optimization, and strong analytical skills in a fast-paced CPG environment with multi-channel responsibilities including eCommerce planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in demand planning, replenishment, supply planning, or retail collaboration.
• Proven CPFR experience and ability to lead customer routines.
• Strong analytical capability blending POS, shipments, inventory, and forecast data.
• Advanced Excel and planning tools; ERP/APS familiarity.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer forecast (baseline + promotional). Lead customer/SKU/location forecasting using POS, shipments, inventory, and event plans.
• Translate demand into replenishment/order signals; monitor inventory and pipeline; govern replenishment parameters.
• Identify high-risk exceptions and lead cross-functional mitigation plans with quantified impact.
• Build scenarios for constraints, promotions, and new distribution; provide S&OP/IBP inputs.
• Own customer-facing service KPIs and drive corrective action plans with due dates.
• Lead item lifecycle management, promotions, and lifecycle transitions with readiness.
