Job summary

Highline Warren in Lisle, IL is seeking an experienced Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment Manager to lead inventory and replenishment for our Retail business. This role owns end-to-end replenishment strategy and execution for key accounts, ensuring optimal in-stock levels, accurate forecasts, and efficient inventory flow.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with retail systems, a track record of improving service levels, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 7+ years replenishment, inventory or supply chain with retail accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management with retail partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end replenishment process including VMI, order analysis, fulfillment, and forecast support.
• Maintain target in-stock levels and maximize sales through daily replenishment.
• Monitor item performance and adjust for seasonal events, planograms, and promotions.
• Report metrics: in stock, fill rate, outs, missed opportunities, on-time delivery.
• Identify and resolve out-of-stock issues with supply chain partners and create action plans.
• Drive root-cause analysis for inventory variances and supply disruptions.
• Analyze POS data and inventory metrics to spot trends and risks.
• Collaborate with retail buyers, replenishment analysts, and supply chain for promotions/new items.
• Partner with Sales, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Operations to align supply and demand.
• Lead weekly/monthly reviews with customer counterparts on performance and improvements.
• Maintain replenishment parameters (safety stock, lead times, min/max) in systems.
• Support new item setup, DC/store distribution planning, and merchandising calendar resets.
• Track and report KPIs including in-stock %, OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and chargebacks.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
