Job summary

Arcadia Beverage, a long-standing co-packing partner for major retailers, seeks an Inventory and Inbound Logistics Manager to own inventory accuracy and governance across materials, WIP, and finished goods.

You will lead cycle counting, ABC classifications, and inbound transport strategy, collaborating with Planning, Operations, Purchasing, QA, and Finance to ensure reliable material flow and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum five years of inventory management, logistics, or supply chain leadership.
• Experience building robust cycle counting programs.
• Strong understanding of inventory control in manufacturing.
• Experience managing inbound transportation and carrier performance.
• Advanced ERP system experience.
• APICS or ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.
• Lean or continuous improvement experience preferred.
• Food and beverage manufacturing experience preferred.
• Excel, Power BI, and data visualization skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy across all materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Lead cycle counting and ABC classification programs.
• Establish inventory governance and control standards.
• Oversee physical inventories and reconciliation activities.
• Investigate discrepancies and drive root-cause actions.
• Monitor shrinkage, damage, write-offs and adjustments.
• Ensure accurate inventory transactions and traceability.
• Collaborate with Planning, Operations, Shipping, QA, Receiving, and Finance.
• Develop audit processes and track traceability compliance.
• Manage disposition, aging, obsolescence, and slow-moving stock.
• Own inbound transportation strategy and carrier performance.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Operations on requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in inbound logistics and yard operations.
