Job summary

Clark Associates, Inc. is seeking an Inbound Manager to oversee the receiving department, including unloading, check-in, QA, and put-away of inventory. This role reports to the Inbound Operations Manager and collaborates with shift managers to ensure compliance with SOPs and operational directives.

The position requires leadership of up to 100 employees, strong process knowledge, and ability to drive improvements across receiving, QA, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large teams in a distribution or warehouse setting.
• Strong knowledge of receiving processes, QA, and inventory control.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations in the receiving department, including unloading and put-away, ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Lead and coach up to 100 employees to achieve operational metrics and meet DC needs.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly metrics and resolve issues to improve operations.
• Provide clear communication to teams regarding policies and procedures.
• Lead meetings to review metrics and project initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet DC directives and drive process improvements.
