Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day inbound operations across receiving and Inventory Control, coordinating multiple teams and shifts.
• Lead, train, and hold accountable up to 12 leaders and supervisors to meet operational metrics.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly metrics and address issues to improve performance.
• Communicate policies and procedures clearly to all teams; lead regular meetings on metrics, improvements and initiatives.
• Partner with DC leadership to drive improvements in processes, cost, and efficiency.
