• Strong negotiation and writing skills; effective oral communication.
• Familiarity with electronic discovery protocols.
• Georgia bar membership or eligibility for in-house practice in Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic counseling to clients on litigations and disputes, litigation avoidance, and exposure reduction.
• Lead internal investigations.
• Counsel clients on proactive measures to reduce legal exposure.
• Manage case budgets and outside counsel relationships.
• Contribute to corporate risk review processes tied to accounting and disclosure.
• Develop strong, strategic relationships with clients.
• Represent NCR in mediations and before courts and tribunals.
• Oversee electronic discovery aspects of cases.
• Collaborate with vendors on contract negotiation and support.
