Job summary

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in general liability defense litigation, intellectual property litigation, mass torts litigation, and products liability litigation.
• Strong research, writing and analytical skills.
• Courtroom and trial experience, plus additional state admissions are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a substantial caseload of litigation under the direction of a partner.
• Draft, prepare, and handle pleadings, motions, orders, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research competently and prepare depositions.
