Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation is seeking a Commercial Counsel focused on Procurement and Real Estate to support Global Procurement, Real Estate and PSO. Join a large in-house legal team based in Atlanta and provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal guidance across multiple jurisdictions.

The role covers drafting and negotiating complex contracts (SaaS, IP/IT, real estate), managing disputes, and advising on regulatory and competition matters. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a well-regarded law school.
• 4–7 years’ experience in a major law firm and/or in-house at a multinational company, with focus on real estate and commercial contracts.
• Experience in multi-jurisdictional transactions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, including a clear and concise drafting style.

Responsibilities

• Act as legal advisor to management and business clients in the described areas.
• Draft, review and negotiate international contracts and legal documents (NDAs, real estate docs, master framework agreements, statements of work, SaaS, novations, partnerships, licenses, reseller, outsourcing).
• Provide rapid, practical, business-oriented legal advice.
• Draft and revise contract templates and other legal templates.
• Manage disputes with vendors, partners, landlords; coordinate with internal teams and outside counsels.
