Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee active and pending litigation, coordinating with outside counsel and internal stakeholders.
• Respond to subpoenas, regulatory inquiries, and document requests, ensuring privilege and compliance.
• Provide proactive legal guidance on professional liability, risk strategies, and regulatory matters to leadership.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and contribute to enterprise-wide legal processes.
