Qualifications

• Active Texas bar license (or able to waive in)
• 7+ years of litigation or general liability defense experience
• Trial experience strongly preferred
• Alternative background in plaintiff or in-house counsel at an insurer is acceptable

Responsibilities

• Lead cases from intake through trial and argue motions
• Take depositions personally and mentor associates
• Develop and mentor the associate team with trial experience
• Pursue opportunities for partner track or long-term litigating roles
