Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise a unit of caseworkers and clerical staff.
• Assign cases equitably and monitor workload distribution.
• Conduct monthly staff conferences and performance reviews.
• Attend court hearings and provide consultation to Agency attorney and testifying staff.
• Review and approve family service plans, risk assessments and related paperwork.
• Represent the Agency in the community and participate in meetings and committees.
