• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with two years in human services
• Or degree in Social Sciences with two years in human services
• Or degree with 12 social science credits and two years in human services
• Must have valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate and train staff through conferences and referrals.
• Assign caseloads and coordinate staff counseling services.
• Produce and monitor reports on case disposition.
• Assist staff in case problem analysis and skill improvement.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Oversee court document preparation and attend hearings.
• Provide case management in staff absence
