Responsibilities

Supervise, motivate and train staff through regular conferences and referrals to training.
Track and review client information.
Assign caseloads and coordinate staff counseling to assist clients in emergencies or crises.
Produce, distribute and monitor reports reflecting data on cases opened/closed/transferred.
Assist staff in analyzing case problems and improving diagnostic skills.
Review case records and recommend actions to ensure quality of service.
Monitor and maintain policies and procedures.
Oversee preparation of court documents and attendance at hearings.
Coordinate case preparation with legal liaisons and attend hearings.
Provide case management in staff absence and ensure compliance with regulations.
