Job summary

Raytheon seeks an experienced Program Management, Planning & Scheduling professional to join the Program Design & Planning organization in the United States. You will develop and maintain the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring alignment with contractual scope and government requirements while guiding schedule risk and critical path decisions.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) and 5+ years in program planning or scheduling, proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) in a related field with several years of program planning/scheduling experience.
• Experience with industry scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan).
• Experience developing IMS and evaluating critical paths and EVMS processes.
• Ability to interface with all levels of the organization and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze the Program Master Phasing Schedule and IMS/IMS.
• Ensure the IMS complies with government requirements across all program phases.
• Incorporate contractual changes and manage resource-loaded baselines.
• Communicate schedule status and perform risk analysis to stakeholders.
