Job summary

Amentum seeks a motivated Program Scheduler & Analyst to develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for a program portfolio, monitor IPROs, and analyze program efficiencies. The role provides critical insights for programmatic decisions and requires collaboration with government and performer teams to reflect current program status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management with 10+ years of scheduling/analysis.
• PMP or PMI Scheduling Professional certification.
• Experience creating and managing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for complex space programs.
• Proven experience in risk, opportunity, and efficiency analysis across a program portfolio and DoD experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the program portfolio.
• Monitor and analyze integrated program risks and opportunities (IPRO) management, providing recommendations to leadership.
• Track and report on program efficiencies, identifying areas for improvement.
• Provide regular status updates, performance metrics, and schedule forecasts to the Program Manager and stakeholders.
• Conduct schedule-related trade-off analyses to support informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with government and performer program teams to reflect current status and gather data for analysis.
• Prepare and present briefings on schedule status, risk analysis, and program performance to leadership.
• Support program reviews and other stakeholder engagements.
