Job summary

RTX is seeking a seasoned Program Management, Planning & Scheduling professional for the Program Design & Planning organization in a classified area in Tewksbury, MA. You will develop, maintain and analyze the IMS/IMS structure and ensure integration of cost, schedule and technical requirements.

You will lead creation of compliant IMS baselines, review schedules for accuracy, and mentor junior planners within a team-driven environment. On-site role with security clearance required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years in program planning or scheduling.
• Experience with IMS/Integrated Master Schedule and EVMS processes.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera or equivalent scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Lead risk analysis and manage schedule risks within EVMS framework.
• Provide weekly/monthly planning metrics and mentor junior planners.
