Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in import operations and customs brokerage.
• Valid U.S. Customs Broker License strongly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of HTS classification and trade compliance.
• Familiarity with ACE and CBP electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the import and brokerage department.
• Supervise and mentor brokerage and import staff.
• Manage preparation and submission of customs entries via ACE.
• Coordinate with CBP and other government agencies to resolve issues.
