The role requires coordination with VP and Branch Manager, maintaining SOPs, and driving process improvements to ensure timely, accurate import activities and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• This position requires an associate degree or equivalent and 1–2 years of related experience.
• Certified U.S. Customs Broker license may be required.
• Experience in import/brokerage operations and compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate customs clearance activities in the brokerage/import Dept.
• Ensure policies and procedures are consistently administered.
• Lead or participate in corrective actions to mitigate revenue loss or compliance violations.
• Ensure import transactions meet compliance standards set by U.S. Customs and other agencies (ATF, EPA, FDA).
• Prepare reports as requested by VP or Branch Manager.
