The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of customs laws, proven leadership skills, and proficiency in CargoWise. The base pay range is $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. customs laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proven leadership experience in a customs brokerage or related environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Proficiency in CargoWise software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the customs brokerage department, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of Importer Security Filings (ISF) and customs entries.
• Ensure all shipment data is accurate and compliant with U.S. customs regulations.
• Generate and review daily reports on release and classification activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and implement process improvements.
