Job summary

Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island is seeking a client implementation manager to own the full lifecycle of large accounts. You will manage multi-site implementations, coordinate with multiple groups, and ensure timely delivery while resolving issues and maintaining transparency.

You will lead status meetings, foster relationships, and collaborate across internal and external teams to meet customer expectations and improve overall experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years client interaction experience.
• Ability to lead and collaborate at the senior level with excellent client relationship skills.
• Ability to persuade, negotiate or influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and resources in a dynamic environment across various departments, sites, and organize complex information.
• Proven ability to communicate, translate and execute effectively across multiple groups.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow through skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude, with the ability to handle sensitive and pressured situations.
• Able to work comfortably in a hands-on, multi-task, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, facilitate and document regular on/offsite client status/implementation meetings.
• Foster relationships with key personnel within accounts and participate in site visits.
• Execute account implementations with timely project completion, issue resolution, and customer expectations delivery.
• Use implementation tracking tools to support planning, resource management, risk/issue management, and audit storage.
• Communicate status across all phases to internal stakeholders and vendors; remove roadblocks.
• Assess client health and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
• Support pre-sales with feasibility assessments and solution options for business objectives.
• Help create and execute the overall vision for service delivery and customer satisfaction; measure cycle time and satisfaction.
