Verily Health is seeking a Solution Delivery Manager to lead enterprise software implementations for Life Science and Med Tech customers. You’ll bridge client, clinical, engineering, product, and customer success teams to deliver on time, in scope, and with measurable outcomes.

You will translate requirements into actionable plans, manage cross‑functional execution, mitigate risks, and nurture long‑term relationships, while upholding compliance and quality standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience (or 3+ years with a Master's) managing customer delivery, software implementations, or complex technology programs in life sciences/healthcare.
• Proven track record of delivering customer-facing projects on time and building relationships with executive, operational, and technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, SDLC, and technical implementation best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills with a consultative, collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through deployment and support transition, overseeing contractual deliverables, timelines, and governance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, cultivating relationships with life science and med tech customers, executive sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Translate customer and clinical requirements into project implementation plans, collaborating with cross-functional leads to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate and align execution across Engineering, Product Management, Data Science, Security, and Customer Success teams.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks and dependencies, delivering high-quality, compliant deliverables and status updates.
