Job summary

Prudentia Sciences is seeking a Customer Delivery & Support Lead to own implementation and ongoing support for biopharma customers. You will map client workflows, configure the platform, collaborate with engineering on custom developments and integrations, and ensure fast, reliable product support across accounts.

You will translate complex workflows into clear deployment plans, drive time-to-value, and build scalable patterns while maintaining high-quality service and knowledge resources for

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical implementation, solutions consulting, technical support, or platform configuration.
• Strong troubleshooting instincts with clear communication to customers and engineers.
• Ability to translate ambiguous workflows into a technical build with clear documentation.
• Experience in regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and deploy client solutions by translating workflows into deployment plans and configuration blueprints; drive go-lives.
• Provide embedded technical support across the portfolio; triage, diagnose, and resolve platform issues; maintain escalation paths.
• Build reusable patterns, playbooks, and a knowledge base to accelerate delivery and self-service.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to feed back recurring issues and drive platform improvements.
• Track delivery metrics (time-to-deploy, resolution time) to improve delivery quality.
