Beghou Consulting LLC seeks an experienced Manager to lead operations for life sciences client engagements. You will manage projects, teams, and client relationships, and drive enhancements to data processes and reporting.

Key responsibilities include overseeing proposals, ensuring quality and on-time delivery, and guiding analytics teams with hands-on coding work. A strong pharma background and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or advanced degree with 8 to 10 years of professional experience.
• Experience in the life sciences/pharma industry.
• Strong understanding of Pharma commercial functions: Data Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, and BI/Reporting.
• Coding skills (SAS, Python, SQL) and data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word; advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Leadership, people management, and project management experience.
• Experience as a team leader or people manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership for ongoing operations and client requests.
• Oversee proposals for methodological soundness and timely, budget-conscious delivery.
• Support project execution and delivery to ensure success.
• Plan and implement complex enhancements to reports and data processes.
• Serve as SME on industry trends and analytics best practices.
• Direct data processing and analytics teams producing high-touch reports and dashboards.
• Utilize coding to facilitate data processing, analytics, and reporting.
• Grow external client engagements and manage client relationships.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop action plans across the firm.
