Job summary

Alkami is a growth-focused fintech platform delivering digital banking solutions to US banks and credit unions. We seek a Senior Manager of Business Omni, in-branch, and specialty account implementations to own strategy, capacity, and the operating model for high-impact deliveries.

You will lead senior ICs, define standard methodologies, manage the backlog, and partner with executive stakeholders to ensure successful, on-time go-lives and renewals.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in software implementation, project management, or delivery.
• 4+ years of direct people management experience, ideally leading senior ICs.
• Direct experience working inside a bank or credit union, or leading FI implementations.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy, capacity plan, and operating model for Business Omni, in-branch, and specialty account implementations.
• Hire, coach, and develop a team of senior Implementation Managers and specialists.
• Define and enforce standard implementation methodology across account types with milestones and quality criteria.
• Own backlog and forecast with end-to-end accountability for pipeline health and delivery pacing.
• Serve as executive escalation point for complex customer implementations and renewals.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Support to unblock issues and inform roadmap.
• Report to the Director of Implementation and coordinate with Leadership across tracks.
