Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementation projects and mentor junior staff.
• Consult with clients on business processes and data mapping.
• Define requirements and analyze gaps between client needs and Tyler solutions.
• Prepare client-facing and internal documentation.
• Assist sales with pre-contract analysis as needed.
• Travel to client sites as required.
