Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
• Typically, three years' experience as an Implementation Consultant or equivalent.
• Excellent initiative and customer service with internal/external clients.
• Expert knowledge in identifying and documenting client processes/data.
• Strong communication of complex technical information.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional services, consultation, software readiness and education to clients.
• Act as knowledge resource on software products and present features to meet client needs.
• Identify and document client workflows, data, and systems for complex projects.
• Define software requirements and perform gap analysis to meet client needs.
• Mentor less experienced implementation team members.
