Job summary

Bitwarden is seeking a remote Implementation Engineer to act as a SME for Bitwarden services and lead deployments for large Enterprise customers. You will work with Customer Engagement Managers to plan and execute production deployments and advise on best practices for security and scalability.

In this role you will triage bugs, coordinate with Engineering and Product, and share knowledge across the team. Occasional travel may be required for customer meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Bitwarden and its services.
• Lead deployments for large Enterprise engagements with best-practices.
• Advise customers on security and scale across the full stack.
• Triage issues, coordinate with Eng/Product, and implement workflows.
• Provide guidance on Bitwarden deployments and security implementations.
• Act as customer contact aligned with the Engagement Manager.
