Vizient, Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking a seasoned Sourcing and Contracting professional to lead high-impact strategies, drafting, redlining, and negotiations across healthcare categories.

You will guide the full sourcing lifecycle, influence outcomes with market intelligence, and serve as a trusted adviser to clients and internal teams. The role emphasizes collaboration with Legal, analytics, and executives, with a hybrid work model (3 days in the office) and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in drafting, redlining, and negotiating complex terms
• Experience with IT Contracting/Sourcing preferred
• Ability to lead complex sourcing initiatives

Responsabilités

• Lead negotiation of complex contract terms and structure innovative solutions meeting client needs
• Partner with Legal to draft, refine, and validate contract language for accuracy and risk mitigation
• Manage the full sourcing lifecycle: opportunity assessment, RFP design, bid evaluation, supplier selection, implementation support
• Develop sourcing strategies based on spend analysis, market trends, benchmarking, and supplier dynamics
• Identify cost-savings initiatives grounded in financial analysis and market intelligence
• Oversee contract maintenance including amendments, renewals, compliance evaluation, and performance monitoring
• Use contracting platforms to support workflow efficiency and savings tracking
• Present updates and recommendations to clients and internal leadership
• Build strong partnerships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Communicate complex strategies to executive-level audiences
