Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is hiring a Senior District Manager for Immunology Autoantibody Diseases in the New England region, including MA, CT, RI, ME, VT and beyond. The role focuses on district strategy, execution, and leadership across immunology and rare diseases.

You will lead a high-performing team, engage key customers, and drive demand generation while aligning with patient and business needs. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MS/MBA/PhD preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in sales and/or cross-functional commercial roles within healthcare.
• At least 2 years in direct sales management with change leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (overnight/weekend travel).
• Must reside in or relocate to the geography.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise and regional direction into district strategy with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Drive district performance in immunology and rare diseases, delivering customer-focused execution.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through hiring and performance management.
• Provide coaching to strengthen selling, clinical execution, and business acumen.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships to improve customer experience and outcomes.
• Influence internal partners by sharing field insights to adjust strategy and plans.
• Ensure accountability and inclusion while guiding the team through change.
