Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in immunology or related field with 2+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with ligand binding assays.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving needs.
• Strong attention to detail, data quality and reproducibility.
• Site-based role; not eligible for remote work; must have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize antibody binding assays across ELISA, Luminex, MSD and Octet.
• Design, develop and perform competitive and capture ligand binding assays.
• Perform functional serological assays (blockade and enzyme inhibition).
• Conduct epitope-specific enrichment and depletion studies.
• Maintain mammalian cell cultures and develop cell-based assays.
• Analyze data using GraphPad Prism.
• Maintain records in electronic lab notebooks and contribute to SOPs.
• Prepare data-driven presentations and present findings at team meetings.
• Manage multiple experiments and projects concurrently with cross-functional teams.
• Support automation and AI-enabled workflows.
• Review literature to inform assay development and identify emerging technologies.
