Job summary

Moderna Therapeutics is seeking an experienced Senior Research Associate to join the Clinical Biomarker Laboratory's Immunoassay and Cell Based Assay group in Norwood, MA. You will develop, qualify, validate, transfer, and clinically implement cell-based assays and ligand-binding assays to support vaccine development programs, with strong emphasis on GLP/GCP compliance.

• Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and functional bioassays.
• Experience generating, reviewing and documenting regulated bioanalytical data.
• Knowledge of GLP/GxP, CDISC, and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to assay method development, qualification/validation, and batch documentation.
• Perform clinical sample testing with data traceability and quality control.
• Run ligand-binding and functional antibody assays; analyze results against acceptance criteria.
• Maintain cell culture systems and support transfer to internal/external labs.

Education
