Qualifications

• PhD or MS/BS with extensive vaccine CMC analytical experience (8/13/16 years as applicable).
• Hands-on immunoassay development, optimization, troubleshooting, transfer, and lifecycle management in regulated environments.
• Strong experience with ligand-binding platforms such as ELISA, MSD, electrochemiluminescence, beads, multiplex assays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical expert and contributor for immunoassay development across the vaccine pipeline.
• Lead complex laboratory studies supporting assay development, qualification readiness, validation readiness, method transfer, and lifecycle management.
• Design and implement studies to compare platforms and translate findings into robust analytical strategies.
• Provide senior guidance on experimental design, data interpretation, and troubleshooting.
