Responsibilities include developing fit-for-purpose immunoassays for potency, antigenicity, identity, and impurity testing; evaluating innovative platforms such as ELISA, MSD, multiplex, and bead-based assays; troubleshooting complex assay performance issues; interpreting complex data; supporting method transfer, validation, and routine testing; providing scientific guidance to cross-functional teams; and supporting outsourced activities.
PhD in Biochemistry, Immunology, Analytical Chemistry, or related, with 8+ years (PhD), 13+ years (MS), or 16+ years (BS) of relevant industry experience.
Deep expertise in ligand-binding immunoassays, assay development, robustness assessment, qualification, and transfer in regulated biologics or vaccine environments.
Experience supporting late-stage development, regulatory submissions, GMP environments, automation, high-throughput workflows, and multiplex assay platforms.
Vaccine biologics, conjugated or multivalent vaccines, and supporting clinical development phases.
