Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in Biochemistry, Immunology, Analytical Chemistry, or related field with 8+ years (PhD), 13+ years (MS), or 16+ years (BS) of relevant industry experience.
• Deep expertise in ligand-binding immunoassays, assay development, robustness assessment, qualification, and transfer in regulated biologics or vaccine environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop fit-for-purpose immunoassays for potency, antigenicity, identity, and impurity testing.
• Evaluate platforms such as ELISA, MSD, multiplex, and bead-based assays.
• Troubleshoot complex assay performance issues and interpret data.
• Support method transfer, validation, and routine testing.
• Provide scientific guidance to cross-functional teams and outsourced activities.
