BI Incorporated is seeking a Government Site Specialist to support the ISAP program for DHS/ICE. The role emphasizes case management, participant follow-up, and collaboration with community partners. The position involves home visits, documentation, and coordination of services to ensure program requirements are met.

The candidate should have a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), 2+ years in customer service or case management, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities. U.S.

Qualifications

• Requires bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Minimum two years of customer service or case management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and be able to operate a vehicle for home visits.
• U.S. citizenship required and ability to work on government contracts.
• Must have lived in the U.S. for at least 3 of the last 5 years.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to interpret orders and materials.
• Good judgment, calm under pressure, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Meet with participants face-to-face regularly as required by contract.
• Develop and maintain accurate case records from entry to release.
• Conduct intake interviews and program orientation sessions.
• Install electronic monitoring equipment and monitor compliance.
• Assist participants with obtaining travel documents and manage related records.
• Assess English proficiency and connect participants with needed resources.
• Evaluate participant needs and connect to community resources.
