• Proven track record leading and developing attorneys, not just individual docket work.
• Strong judgment on case strategy, quality control, and coaching others.

• Provide second-chair, senior-level review before filing and set pod quality standards.
• Develop and coach attorneys in your pod to elevate performance and growth.
