Manifest Law is hiring a senior immigration attorney to lead a pod focused on extraordinary-ability and high-skilled cases (EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1A). You will mentor junior and senior attorneys, ensure quality before filings, and drive strategic client outcomes in a fast-growing, remote team.

You will leverage Manifest OS and other AI tools to raise throughput, while maintaining client-centered service and a high standard of practice.

Qualificações

• J.D. and active U.S. bar admission.
• 10+ years of experience across extraordinary-ability and high-skilled visa categories (EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1A).
• Broader business immigration knowledge (H-1B, L-1, PERM).
• Proven ability to lead and grow attorneys with emphasis on team outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a pod, owning output across high-skilled matters (EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1A).
• Carry second-chair, senior-level review before filing to set quality bar.
• Develop and coach consulting and production attorneys in your pod.
• Own pod-level quality and output as a unit.
• Retain and motivate talent to promote growth.
• Model Manifest's values and integrate AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Partner with leadership on branding and referrals.
