Extraordinary is a leading O-1/EB-1 visa platform helping exceptional founders, funds, and startups build teams in America. We seek a Senior Immigration Attorney to lead complex petitions, mentor junior staff, and collaborate across sales and operations to scope engagements.

You will craft persuasive filings, stay updated on policy shifts, and ensure every petition reflects the highest standard of legal craft while serving a global client base. This is a fully remote, full-time role.

Competenze

• 7+ years of immigration law experience with deep specialization in O-1, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW.
• Experience with startups, tech companies, entrepreneurs, and VC/PE funds.
• J.D. and active license to practice law in at least one US state, in good standing, and malpractice insurance.
• Proven track record of successful high-caliber petition outcomes for founders or executives.
• Exceptional legal writing and case-strategy skills with persuasive storytelling.
• Low-ego, team player with leadership qualities.
• Mentoring or managing junior attorneys or legal staff; strong cross-functional collaboration.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end case strategy and legal review for petitions from assessment through filing and RFEs.
• Serve as the senior reviewer for complex or high-risk cases to meet evidentiary standards.
• Draft and refine persuasive briefs, support letters, and expert opinions tailored to clients.
• Mentor paralegals and case managers on strategy, drafting, and evidence gathering.
• Uphold quality control and process discipline across the legal team’s caseload.
• Stay current on USCIS policy changes and translate updates into internal best practices.
• Respond to RFEs and NOIDs with well-researched, strategic arguments; act as client-facing advisor.
