Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC is hiring for a Meta Experience Expert to deliver premium, white-glove customer journeys through hands-on demonstrations of wearable and mixed-reality technologies at our Meta Store Retail team.

You will educate customers, guide them through demos, and help convert demonstrations into delighted new users, while meeting sales goals and supporting daily store operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in retail.
• Familiar with AR/VR technology.

Responsibilities

• Become the go-to product expert and articulate features, benefits, and impact to customers.
• Deliver immersive demos of wearable and mixed-reality products.
• Assist customers through transactions using our client's POS system.
• Meet or exceed sales goals with action plans when targets fall short.
• Maintain displays and execute opening/closing procedures.
• Contribute to a high-performance team environment and bring energy to the store.
