Channel Partners Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Experience Expert for our Meta Store Retail team at the Galleria in Houston. You’ll create the best in-store customer experience through immersive, hands‑on demos of AR & VR products and educate customers.

You will lead large‑scale events, train new hires with the Retail Manager, and be the go‑to escalation on the sales floor. The ideal candidate is tech‑savvy, detail‑oriented, with strong communication and problem‑solving skills, and flexible

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail.
• Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling.
• Familiar with AR/VR technology.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert on client products and features.
• Demonstrate AR/VR products to customers and influence how they play, learn and experience the world.
• Serve as a customer escalation point for the team on the sales floor when management isn’t present.
• Lead and execute large events within the dedicated space by creating immersive experiences for attendees.
• Perform day-to-day operations, including opening/closing procedures and maintaining interactive displays.
• Achieve goals and KPIs; develop action plans with the Retail Manager when targets are not met.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
