Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail.
• Experience in presentation, public speaking, and storytelling.
• Familiar with AR/VR technology.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert on products and accessories.
• Demonstrate AR/VR products to customers and guide experiences.
• Serve as escalation point for the sales team on the floor.
• Lead and execute large events within the space.
• Handle day-to-day operations and maintain interactive displays.
• Meet goals with action plans with Retail Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
