Job summary

Adventist HealthCare’s Outpatient Imaging seeks a Senior Business Operations Manager to lead operations across multiple imaging offices, focusing on staff management, workflow optimization, and patient access processes.

You will oversee HR for clinical staff, coordinate budgets, equipment maintenance, and procurement, and drive growth while ensuring compliance and excellent patient service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business, healthcare or related field required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and consensus building skills with minimum of five years supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Minimum of five or more years of experience in Imaging.
• ARRT R.T (R) or RN credentials required.
• Polished presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess top level business management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
• Needs good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and handle a multi-task environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR functions for clinical staff including hiring, performance evaluation and counseling.
• Determine the composition and scheduling of staff to assure delivery of effective and cost-efficient care.
• Provide day-to-day operational supervision of a team of administrative, technical, and/or clinical (non-provider) employees.
• Work with Director to coordinate workflow, standardized processes, and manage efficient operations.
• Able support clinically team member with procedures and processes.
• Will support with organizational growth of Outpatient Imaging centers.
• Required to travel to all current outpatient imaging offices.
• Provide clear guidance and support with structured practices across the board.
