Qualifications

• Strong organization and analytical skills required.

• Experience leading direct reports and cross-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops budgets and process improvements for Imaging operations.
• Manages relationships with staff, departments, and clinical leadership.
• Leads Imaging department across multiple sites and drives clinical excellence.
• Ensures exceptional patient experience and efficient use of resources.
• Oversees staff performance and engages leadership across the department.
• Drives regional initiatives and manages multi-million-dollar budgets.
