Job summary

College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy seeks an Outpatient Imaging Director to oversee off-site, multi-modality imaging centers within the health system. The role requires strategic, operational, and financial leadership to deliver safe, high-quality imaging services and optimize access across locations.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Sciences or a related clinical specialty. Current certification in Radiologic Technology, registered with the ARRT.
• Experience: Minimum of five years clinical imaging experience. Minimum of 3 years direct supervisory or management experience.
• Preferred Certifications: Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Must have a valid NC driver’s license with good driving history.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory oversight for multiple off-site, multi-modality imaging centers.
• Ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered imaging services while optimizing access and throughput.
• Collaborate with radiologists, hospital leadership, physician practices, and support departments to advance growth, standardization, and operational excellence across locations.
