Job summary

Advocate Health Care seeks an experienced Clinical Engineering leader to design and direct daily imaging operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and present performance data to leadership for continuous quality improvement.

The role oversees budgets and capital planning, mentors teams, and collaborates with cross-functional partners to maintain service excellence in imaging technology across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Clinical Engineering (including support of fixed and portable imaging) or equivalent technical discipline.
• 3 years of supervisory experience in related areas.
• Strong communication, leadership and crisis management skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs and directs daily operations for Imaging services.
• Ensures compliance with radiation safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Presents performance data to site leadership to drive quality improvements.
• Develops operating and capital budgets and controls expenditures.
