Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years supporting Healthcare IT systems, preferably radiology.
• Solid experience with PACS, RIS, and VNA platforms.
• Working knowledge of DICOM, HL7, and IHE interoperability.
• Familiarity with imaging workflows and radiology IT solutions.
• Proficiency with Windows Server environments (2012+), networking, and databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Hands-on VMware, storage, and Linux experience.
• Strong communication with clinical and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver escalated technical support across PACS, RIS, VNA, and related imaging systems.
• Drive system reliability by supporting upgrades, patches, and configurations with engineering/IT teams.
• Maintain regulatory documentation per HIPAA, FDA, and ISO 13485; update technical docs and guides.
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and IT for issue identification and workflow optimization.
• Provide on-call coverage including after-hours, weekends, and holidays.
