Job summary

Intelerad is seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist II to lead the delivery of complex technical and workflow implementation services for our Radiology Healthcare IT solutions. You will design integration workflows, configure and validate enterprise systems, and guide clients through go-lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Medical Imaging Sciences, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of healthcare IT implementation or system integration experience.
• Proficiency with HL7/DICOM standards and configuring healthcare system integrations.
• Proficiency with Linux CLI and SQL databases (e.g., Sybase, PostgreSQL, MS SQL).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to support on-site client engagements.
• Eligibility for security-related clearance where required.

Responsibilities

• Lead HL7/DICOM integration design, configuration, and deployment for complex client environments.
• Diagnose and resolve advanced technical and workflow issues across applications, integrations, and infrastructure.
• Partner with Project Management to drive system integration and milestones, providing status updates.
• Design and deliver structured training programs for end users and administrators.
• Document and maintain implementation artifacts and contribute to post-implementation reviews.
• Assist with TS requests including custom reports, queries, and migrations.
