Qualifications

• Experience applying incident, problem, and change management to imaging applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within SLAs with minimal disruption.
• Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM/ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Experience with running and upkeeping PACS and imaging platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident, problem, and change processes for imaging applications across stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues reported by clinical users and implement quick fixes and permanent solutions.
• Coordinate upgrades and validate post-upgrade stability of imaging apps.
• Assist go-live cutovers and resolve integration or configuration issues.
• Engage with clinical stakeholders to optimize workflows for imaging staff.
