Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Biomedical Imaging Equipment Technician. This full-time role requires 40 hours weekly, first shift with on-call rotation and potential OT. Pay range is $38.20–$57.30 per hour; benefits eligible.

Responsibilities include analyzing and repairing advanced imaging equipment, calibrating new devices, and coordinating with clinical staff to meet imaging needs. A high school diploma or GED is required, with ~2 years of biomedical imaging experience

• Knowledge of networking technologies.

• Valid state driver’s license.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Use of personal vehicle for travel to sites is required/expected.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, troubleshoots and repairs highly complex imaging equipment and systems.
• Installs, calibrates and tests imaging equipment.
• Provides technical support to imaging staff and acts as a resource for technicians.
• Documents inspections, repairs and related activities.
